The group was started because the Staffing & Recruitment industry is far too siloed, with recruiters only becoming as good as their direct trainer, manager, and company processes & technologies. By sharing insights with other recruiting professionals, we can all become better versions of ourselves, in the industry.

The events are once a month, and usually at a centrally located Restaurant in a private room.

People are invited to attend the monthly lunches if they are established emerging leaders or high performers in the Houston Recruitment industry. They are NOT newbies and have established sustainable billing success in the direct hire recruitment space.

Each Guest shall be responsible for paying for their own lunch.
